Imprivata - User Enrollment

1. Make sure that another users credentials are not here, if they are, delete them. Otherwise, your badge will be enrolled to their account.

2. Click on “>” and enter your network credentials to login.

3. You should receive a message saying you have successfully enrolled.

4. Enter your network credentials again to sign in.

5. Answer the 3 questions and click “Done”. Make sure to answer correctly as these can be used when trying to reset your password.

6. Click the “x” in the top right corner

7. Taping the badge should lock the pc.

8. Tap the badge a second time. If you are prompted for you network password enter it. Imprivata will store this for 6 hours, once that time has expired you will be asked to enter it again.

9. If you did not get prompted for a password, you should be signed in.
