VMware - Using Remote Assistance
1. Login to VMware Horizon Admin page using privileged account username/password.

2. To the right of the Menu Bar you can search for the user, and dropdown menu will appear with the results.

3. Clicking the correct user will open that users profile page.

4. Clicking on the Computer Name will open the Computer Details page.

5. Scroll Down until you see the Remote Assistance button.

6. Clicking on the Remote Assistance button will download the client to your computer, you then need to open the downloaded file to start a remote connection with the user.
