VMware - Reset Users Session
1. Login to VMware Horizon Admin page using privileged account username/password.
2. To the right of the Menu Bar you can search for the user, and dropdown menu will appear with the results.
3. Clicking the correct user will open that users profile page.
4. Clicking on the Computer Name will open the Computer Details page.
5. Scroll Down until you see the More button and click it, and select Reset. It can take a few minutes for the connection to completely reset.
6. Ask user to try connecting again and verify they are able to.
