Fiery - Unable to Connect to Controller

1. Power down the printer, the switch is located on the side of the printer itself.

2. Power down the Fiery controller which is located on the back of the printer. Give this a few moments before turning it back on.

3. Once the unit is back on you have to wait until the digital display on the side of the Fiery reads 00. This process takes 5-10 minutes for the controller to reboot and get to the 00 state.

4. Then you can turn the printer back on.

5. Fiery should now reconnect.
