Current Version: v.12.1.43.7
Uninstall Old Versions
ATTENTION: If there is a previous version already installed, you will have to run the following as an admin to uninstall before proceeding to install 12.1.43.7.
*The x's need change to match the version you are removing.
C:\Fluency.Direct.10.x.x.x\fd.client\uninstall.bat
Install
CMD Install:
1. Run Command Prompt as Administrator using you privileged account information.
2. Enter the following and hit Enter
robocopy "\\st-claire.org\installs\apps\Clinical Applications\MModal\Fluency.Direct.12.1.43.7" C:\Fluency.Direct.12.1.43.7 /s
3. Once that is finished run the following.
"C:\Fluency.Direct.12.1.43.7\fd.client\install_silent.bat"
Manual Install
1. Copy the entire “Fluency.Direct.12.1.43.7” folder to the C: drive of the client computer. The location of the folder is as follows.
\\st-claire.org\installs\apps\Clinical Applications\MModal\Fluency.Direct.12.1.43.7
2. After the copy completes, drill down into the “C:\Fluency.Direct.12.1.43.7\fd.client\” folder and run the “install_silent.bat” as an administrator.
3. You will get a prompt from RegEdit when it adds the Chrome Extension. Click “Yes” to proceed. You will see another popup that informs you that the keys and values have been added successfully. Click “OK”
4. The rest of the installation will continue automatically. When complete, the cmd session will disappear and you should see the new MModal Fluency Direct icon on the desktop.
Verifying the Install
1. Just to verify everything was installed correctly, open Chrome and go to the “Manage Extensions” screen. You should see the M*Modal Fluency Direct Web Connector, and it should be locked into the enabled position and not capable of being disabled.
2. Open Edge and do the same thing.
3. Open MMC.msc as an admin. Navigate to File > Add/Remove Snap-Ins.
4. Select “Certificates” in the left-side list of available and click “Add”. Select “Computer Account” and clock “Next”. Leave the next step on “Local Computer” and click “Finish”. Then click “OK” on the Add or Remove screen.
5. Expand the certificates tree to Certificate (Local Computer) > Trusted Root Certificate Authorities > Certificates.
6. You should see the M*Modal certificate that expires in 2041 in the list.
7. You can close MMC and select “No” when it asks if you want to save. This completes the installation.

1. You can obtain the Application from the iTunes App Store or Google Play, or use the QR codes below
2. Once installed, look for the Mobile Microphone app on your phone.
